Privacy Policy
The Buzz and Hum (“we”, “us”) is a static news aggregator. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit thebuzzandhum.com.
What this site does
We automatically collect publicly available headlines and short summaries from third-party RSS/Atom feeds and display them on this site. Article titles, links, and summaries belong to their original publishers. Clicking a headline takes you to the publisher’s site, which has its own privacy practices.
Information we collect
- No accounts. We do not offer user accounts, profiles, or logins.
- No first-party tracking cookies. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
- Server / hosting logs. Our web host may automatically record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL) for security, uptime, and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build personal profiles.
- Client-side filters. Search and source filters on the home page run in your browser only and are not sent to our servers as personal data.
Third-party sites
Outbound links go to independent publications and research blogs. Once you leave The Buzz and Hum, their privacy policies apply.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
